I know two years ago, there were a lot "missing"...gone forever. I am Platinum..(almost Emerald) and am thinking about the drink coupons....any help would be appreciated.

There are no more actual coupons. They are now loaded on your sea pass card. There should be a list in your cabin showing what's on your card. If not guest services can print you out a list real quick.

We've had 3 cruises with electronic coupons. We haven't used any JR coupons. However, we've used the 2 for 1 drink coupons. Normally, if you're in a situation where a coupon applies, they will ask if you want to use the coupon. For example, I bought 2 cans of soda on Legend, and they asked if I wanted to use my 2 for 1 coupon. This was good that they asked because I'd rather use the coupon on a more expensive glass of wine.

We do not drink very much, but decided to use the free glass of wine offer at the Plaza Bar at the entrance to the WJ on the Liberty two weeks ago. UGH!! I went to bar after my wife grabbed a seat, and told the bartender that I wanted to use my free glass of wine offer. He told me that if it was available to me that it would reflect it when he ran my Sea Pass. He poured the two glasses of wine and then ran the card. He told me that it did not show a free glass of wine. I told him that I was going downstairs to the Guest Services to find out what the problem was. They said I did get a free glass offer, and printed up a sheet for me to show the bartender. Even with that sheet in my hand he was unable to help me, and had to call a Supervisor for assistance who also seemed perplexed. All this took around 1/2 hour while my wife sat there wondering what happened to me.

 

While at Guest Services the first time I also asked for a printout of my wife's benefits, which they gave me. She had the same problem at the Plaza Bar when she tried to get a free glass of wine that night. Same bartender, same supervisor, same problem.

 

So much said for their new "added to your Sea Pass" coupons!! After that hassle they should have given me the bottle! LOL
