there are exceptional folks on CC who can smell smoke even when there isn't any. these same folks rave about the aft cabins which are basically sucking the ships tail-pipe.

Yeah I remember a post a few years ago that said he could smell cigarette smoke in his car when a Person lits up in the car in front of him at a traffic light:eek::D

Because I can avoid the casino if I want to - and believe me, I want to! We have never spent a dime in any RCI casino because of the smoke. I do wish that they would install doors on the casinos so that the smoke stays inside instead of spilling out into the public non-smoking areas.

My balcony on the other hand, I am paying a premium for and want to enjoy smoke free since those are the rules now.

Look, I am pretty much "do your own thing, it's your vacation" but the smoke from the Casino stunk up the entire promenade on Navigator this month, must've been a problem with the venting system down there, but the little stairway that leads down from Deck 5 Promenade was wafting it all the way up to us. Every time we walked the shops...just saying. Of course you smokers wouldn't notice, but we notice (my DH is reformed) even a small amount of it. I really don't mind balcony smoke much it really blows away quickly.

LOL...I just choked on my coffee!!

Careful now, I heard they were going to only sell coffee on the port side of the ships so the caffiened up coffee addicts don't have confrontations with the smokers.

Something I haven't heard of is what happens to you if one of your' "Smoking Police" neighbors turns you in and the guys in the bow ties and dark suits come to your' door? Lock you up, throw you off said balcony ? Really, how bad could it be, they can't eat you !! Be right back. I feel the need to go out on my porch for a smoke !!
