Yes, guest services can make change for you. I've done it several times so I can give the correct tips to people on the last night of the cruise.

We get our coins for the laundry from the casino cashier ($10 for roll of quarters). I would imagine guest services should be able to as well.

We frequently take larger bills to Guest Services to have broken down into smaller ones. No Problem! :)

Yep...changed a $5 for quarters at guest services to do some laundry ... no problem. :)

They also have kiosks where you can break bills, check your account, add cash to your S&S, etc. You can get quarters from Guest services or the casino. They do have ATM's but from what I am told, the fees are kinda high.

On the newer ship's laundry area- you just swipe your card for wash dry & even products. I'm not sure whether this is fleet wide or not, just have found it on Dream & Breeze.

ATM fees can be steep, but guest services will cash travel checks, break large bills etc.
