Yes, except for the last night. They cut it off early. It costs nothing, but most people give a few dollars to the person who delivers it.

FYI, room service breakfast requires you fill out an order form and hang it on the door by (as I recall) 2am the night before. I agree you should be prepared to tip the attendant since it may or may not be your cabin steward-- we do a few dollars for breakfast, lunch or snacks, a fiver for dinner.

You can get the MDR menu delivered to your room during dining room hours for lunch and dinner. No charge.

On our last Celebrity cruise in addition to all the not-for-fee items they were also offering some "premium" breakfast items for a fee, including steak & eggs and crab cakes Benedict, among others. Charges varied by item, but all were less than $10 per plate.
