Can I make two bookings for the same cruise or cancel just the kids?

Might take the kids with us on a cruise in Dec but want to have a talk with the school first and see how my sons schedule turns out for the fall term. We have a booking right now for just me and my wife.

Should we add the kids to the booking we have right now or should we make a new booking with all 4 of us and then just cancel the one that dose not work early in Sept?

Will you all share the same room, or are you looking at two rooms? If two rooms you might want to do them now so you get the rooms together. However, be very aware of cancellation dates and refund penalty amounts

If you're looking at one room, book them now since NCL has a "extra passengers sail free' promo on select sailings right now. Might save you a bit of cash. Also, as long as you're not in the penalty periods, canceling them will refund everything in full.
