I receive at least 2 or 3 e-mails each week with the following message:

 

Your cruise vacation is almost here. Book your dining package needs today

 

My next cruise isn't until Feb. 28th, 2015

 

I highlighted the 'almost'. What's up with this??? Can't they keep track of who is cruising when?

 

For 3 months leading up to my recent Summit Cruise, I received e-mails saying : Your upcoming Reflection cruise is almost here…..

 

Seems then, they didn't even know which ship I was taking.

 

Good thing the on board experience was good because this could be worrisome.

Celebrity isn't the only cruise line affected by IT bugs. I received an email from Carnival about a month agonregarding my cruise that was the following day. However, I not only wasn't on that cruise; I also didn't have any current bookings with them.

It all boils down to the fact that they all can't wait to get more of your money one way or another.

Cruise is in less than 80 days, final payment made and guess what? NOT A WORD! Am signed up for news but never get any. Go figure!:mad::confused::mad:

Specialty dining.

 

These were coming when we were on our last cruise( Infinity TA)

 

At first I thought it was because I keep getting e mails meant for a Classic club member, with the same first name.

I have let them know, but the rouge emails keep getting sent to me.

Fortunately, we are not getting these for our upcoming Celebrity cruises- yet:)

 

We are booked on a Cruise on Royal which leaves in 7 weeks

we have received an email every day since mid- Feb:eek:
