jjikids Posted March 25, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2014 We are booked in a sky suite on the Summit. Can we use our free specialty restaurant on any night?
ClaudiaB Posted March 25, 2014 #2 Share Posted March 25, 2014 Yes and you can make the reservation ahead. Two nights if your cruise is 10 nights or longer I believe. Because of the wonky Celebrity website it might still show a charge even though it's a free dinner, but that's the way they have to do it for some reason. But no worries, you won't be paying for it. We typically won't make it for the first night because there are many discounts available that night but usually make them on formal nights. Qstars Posted March 25, 2014 #3 Share Posted March 25, 2014 You need to call Celebrity to pre-book an included(nothing is really free) specialty dining reservation.

We read somewhere they make you use the free dinner in the first three nights. Just want to know if can we eat any time during the week. We plan on booking on the ship once we see about getting a discount also.

Just want to know if can we eat any time during the week. We plan on booking on the ship once we see about getting a discount also. When we boarded in Barcelona for the Fall Equinox transatlantic, there was a note (in our suite) informing us that we had a reservation in Tuscan Grille for our first night aboard. We had not made the reservation and had already swung a discount deal for that evening in Silk Harvest. We asked that our butler reschedule Tuscan Grille for another evening and it was no problem. A couple of days later, we had him make reservations for our second complimentary specialty restaurant dinner. Everything worked out very well and there was never any indication that we were required to use the complimentary dinner during the first three nights. Enjoy! There is absolutely no requirement that those complimentary dinners be used on specific nights. Book when you want. That's what your butler is for. jjikids Posted March 26, 2014 Author #7 Share Posted March 26, 2014 Thanks everyone for answering. We have not cruised on Celebrity since 1992 and we went with a S1.
Rare WNcruiser Posted March 27, 2014 #8 Share Posted March 27, 2014 (edited) We booked our specialty dinners about a month ahead of our cruise. We book the formal nights and had no issues getting our dates or times we wanted. If you need to change the dates once on board the butler will take care of it for you:) Edited March 27, 2014 by WNcruiser
