nomie Posted July 28, 2005 #1 Share Posted July 28, 2005 Does anyone know where I can find out where the 2006 Repo cruises are listed? I looked on the Princess site but didn't see any. Thanks

kevinsac Posted July 28, 2005 #4 Share Posted July 28, 2005 Don't limit yourself to searching for Pamana. We are on a repo cruise from SEA....Alaska.....Russia....Korea....and 3 stops in Japan. There are also Scand to Carrib repo cruises. Remember, they are not "highlighted" as such on the web site......but read the itineraries and you can figure it out. Also....look at the dates......you can assume that late-summer will be the end of both Alaska and Scand....and they will move the ships elsewhere. cruznliz Posted July 28, 2005 #5 Share Posted July 28, 2005 Also look for "coastal" cruises or on some travel websites they are listed as North American cruises. In addition, when the ships go to Europe in the Spring and back to North America in the Fall there are great repositioning cruises. ;) You just have to search for them. One way to search for repositioning cruises is if you have a Princess brochure which lists all of the ships and their itineraries. The itineraries are color coded. If the color changes for one ship, then there's a good chance of a repositioning cruise. Check either the last cruise for the first color or the first cruise for the second color. We've taken a couple of repositioning cruises and enjoy them very much. Jim
Nitemare Posted July 28, 2005 #7 Share Posted July 28, 2005 I thought this thread was going to about this story
Druke I Posted July 28, 2005 #8 Share Posted July 28, 2005 Nitemare's link reminds me of Regency cruise lines when they went "belly-up". Several of their ships were "arrested", and passengers left in the lurch.
nomie Posted July 28, 2005 Author #9 Share Posted July 28, 2005 Thanks for all the tips. They should not make things so hard. I am also going to try calling Princess again. I am looking for a 10 day repo to the Caribbean around late 2006 or early 2007. I should have said that in the begining.
