Recent wait times calling RCL's #?

I tried calling RCL a couple weeks ago and hung up after an hour. I saw on the boards that other people were having the same problem.

 

Now that the Kids Sail Free is over, has anyone had any success with not having to hold for that long? I'd like to call and ask about the cost of upgrading to a balcony, but don't want to wait *too* long.

I've called the C&A number a couple of times in the last week and never held more that 5 minutes.

I had the same experience even during the kids sail free promo. I guess it depends on when you call as I never waited more than 5 minutes.

I called on April 1 at about 3 a.m. central time because the price for our cabin had dropped another $25 and didn't have to wait at all.
