Well at the risk of seeming obvious pick the one that is the better deal. You'll need to know what your card charges as a fee for currency conversions, and what exchange rate they give you. Presumably the exchange rate is the same so it's down to whether your card charges more than RCCL's 3% fee.

Tried to delete the post but it wouldn't let me but I figured my question out,

Glad you found your answer...and also to see someone else agrees that it would be nice if there was an easy option on CC to delete your post when you wanted or felt the need to.
