hpecorari Posted April 22, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 22, 2014 (edited) I'm traveling in May and have been assigned to embark in Miami at Terminal C. My nephew and his wife were assigned Terminal B. Our reservations are linked together. I understand B is for cabins forward and C is for cabins aft. My question is if we both get on at Terminal C will there be a problem with them getting their key cards for their room. I really hate the idea of us not boarding together. Is there anyone I can call/contact to let them know that the two others will be boarding with us at Terminal C so they are aware of this? Thanks! sdmike Posted April 22, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 22, 2014 It wasn't an issue for us. The only issue was explaining to the guard at the door why people assigned to terminal C wanted to use terminal B. I guess they could force you to the terminal on your boarding docs, but they let us go through as a group.

tiffygirl Posted April 22, 2014 #4 Share Posted April 22, 2014 when I went on GA a few weeks ago, they made a group split up. they were at B but had the others go to Terminal C. but all you can do is ask and see what they say.

Harriet You would think that is the case but we're in a forward Haven Suite and our e-docs have us boarding in Terminal C ???? hpecorari Posted April 22, 2014 Author #7 Share Posted April 22, 2014 (edited) Just FYI, our cabin is aft and we are terminal B Hmm, I guess B and C has no relation to where your cabin is. However, my nephew and his wife's reservation is linked to ours (whatever the heck that even means). I'm going to have them board with me at Terminal C. hpecorari Posted April 22, 2014 Author #9 Share Posted April 22, 2014 B & C relate to which deck you are on. Ahhh, that makes sense. We're on deck 10 and they're on deck 11. Harriet

They will make you go to the correct terminal. You could always try it and just ask at the door.

Harriet Just try it. I saw someone turned away and made to go to their correct terminal, but maybe the person at the door was just in a bad mood that day. Tell them you called NCL, and you were told it wouldn't be a problem.

LOL - And they'll tell me, "well, that would depend on who you spoke with at NCL" We both know if I call again I could get a completely different answer! I wish I knew who to call to actually have their eDocs changed to be Terminal C like mine  Harriet

craig-n-carol Posted April 22, 2014 #17 Share Posted April 22, 2014 Hi Harriet, I was told we had to go to different terminals when I called NCL, mom and dad are in term C and we are in B. Our reservations are linked as well. We were told by NCL it was odd and even decks that determined B or C. We are deck 9 aft, and mom and dad on deck 14 forward. Since we are in suites, the PCC said we would be separately escorted on board, and will rendezvous in the Haven Restaurant.
daffodiliaz Posted August 9, 2014 #18 Share Posted August 9, 2014 Is it pretty easy to get from terminal B to C if security won't let two cabins assigned to different terminals to board together? Will be embarking in Miami (Getaway) for the first time next month. Thanks!
