The site lets me do it but then says "currently unable to process your request at this time" Is this a weekend site maintenance issue or is this something I have to call in to do? The website has a bit to be desired:rolleyes: But to upgrade your cabin? Even if it worked correctly all the time? I would tell you to call them about it. I have always called or when I book with a TA? They do my changes. Not anything I have ever done online....even when I have booked directly through Celebrity. Oh it's there....I had a pop up window offering an upgrade on our last cruise. I clicked on it to see the upgrade and ended up with a Celebrity Suite that we initially didn't want. The only reason we noticed the upgrade was the increase in our fare the following week. No conformation email or conformation pop up window -- nada. he5makba Posted May 4, 2014 Author #7 Share Posted May 4, 2014 Yeah I'll do it over the phone. The place I found to upgrade was under the view reservation option. When that screen comes up there is an edit room option that leads you to room upgrades. Kind of cumbersome interface.
