We'll, if it's secret deck , how would anyone know?

 

However, the forward decks that front the 4J cabins do not have chairs or loungers. Although there were loungers last year on the forward decks on the Breeze, none though on Liberty or Sunshine last we cruised on em.

When we were on the Valor in 2012, there were only the wooden benches with the name of the ship on them on those decks, no loungers or whatsoever.

I'd say don't count on it, but occasionally there is. I've been in that location twice on the Liberty, once there were loungers and chairs stacked up, the other time nothing.

I've never seen any on the conquest.

Normally, there's nothing out there but teak decking

and maybe a navigational? device covered over with a tarp.

 

How come?

Because those bow decks get VERY windy

and stuff like loose furniture/chairs can easily get blown overboard!

We were in a 4J on the Valor this March. There were no chairs, only the wooden bench with Valor on the back.
