REGAL PRINCESS will stay with fleet until 4/07**itineraries announced today**

The 9/23/06 Grand Panama Canal cruise already mentioned in a previous post was canceled.

 

Instead a whole new deployment was announced today for Regal. I'm going to run though it very quick, as I'm leaving for a trip and I have to get ready...

 

9/24/06 RT Canal from Pacific 19 days LA to LA

10/13/06 Grand Canal from LA to San Juan

10/28/06-1/6/07 10-day Panama Canal Explorer 1-way cruises from San Juan to Acapulco, Mexico

1/16/07 and 1/28/07 Amazon River 12-day cruises San Juan to Manaus and then reverse

2/9/07 and 2/19/07 Panama Canal Explorer from San Juan to Acapulco 10day trip again, and reverse

3/1/07 and 3/13/07 "Pathway to Peru" San Juan to Lima 12 days through the canal, and then reverse

3/25/07 Grand Panama Canal San Juan to LA

4/9/07 Pacific Panama Canal 19 days LA to LA again

The Regal Princess will be sailing

on 10 day cruises from San Diego on Sep 26th, Oct 6th, Oct 16th and Oct 26th. Anyone going on any of these cruises?

My husband and I will be on the Oct. 6 sailing. We do have a roll call started but so far only one other couple has responded. Don't know if the sailing is way undersold or what??? Sounds like a great itinerary! Are you thinking of cruising from San Diego on any of the dates you mentioned?

Princess sent me an e-mail yesterday concerning this itinerary. Is the Regal similar to the old Crown? It looks the same. Has anyone sailed the Regal recently???????

The Regal and the Crown are similar. I have sailed on both these ships but not in the last few years. I am booked on the October 26th Regal Princess and am looking forward to a great trip.

Regal and former Crown are sisters. We've been on Regal twice (last was 3-01), and are booked to go on her again, 'round the Horn, Mar 06.
