SArick Posted June 25, 2014 #1 Share Posted June 25, 2014 thinking of taking a Disney cruise in November of 2015. Has anyone taken a cruise during this time and know what the weather is like that time of year? Going to Caribbean, Cozumel, Cayman Is. and Jamiaca. paul929207 Posted June 25, 2014 #2 Share Posted June 25, 2014 Warn with a chance of showers. You will be at the end on hurricane season, so hopefully there will not be one.
Rare Keith1010 Posted June 25, 2014 #3 Share Posted June 25, 2014 Weather will be in the 80's. It's a nice time to sail the Caribbean. Keith

Yes, there is always the chance of a late hurricane or tropical storm ... but it's an extremely nice time for a Caribbean cruise otherwise. :) LuLu

Krazy Kruizers Posted June 25, 2014 #6 Share Posted June 25, 2014 We cruised in November 2013 -- had lots of rain. Other years -- not so much.

dorisis Posted June 26, 2014 #9 Share Posted June 26, 2014 Pt Canaveral is in Northern Florida, so it might be very cool as you sail away and return. but the rest of the ports will be warm. Rain is always possible.
ducklite Posted June 26, 2014 #10 Share Posted June 26, 2014 Nope, no one has ever cruised then. ;) Port Canaveral isn't in "north" Florida, it is in central Florida. November is typically gorgeous weather in the low 80's during the day. Typically the humidity has dropped, and it's not a month known for rain--not to say you are guaranteed of rain free weather. Technically it is still in hurricane season, but so is June, and the reality is that hurricanes after mid-October are very, very rare. Frankly I think November is the perfect time to cruise, lower crowds and nicer weather than the hot, sticky summer months. Instead you'll have warm, sunny weather.
