Freedom D1 Bal, kids beds???

Good evening fellow cruise addicts ;)

 

Not too long until we board Freedom (9 weeks:D) and we have a balcony room, cat D1, my hubby and I are wondering what type of beds the kids will have.

 

We have a 5 and a 3 year old with us, would they be on a sofa bed together??

You will have the sofa bed.

We have been in many D1s on the Liberty (same class) and believe it only has the sofa bed. I think it's the larger sofa bed though so yes would be the same bed. Now one suggestion is to bring a travel cot for the 3yo. We have one for our DD and she loves it.

I don't think a travel cot will fit in a D1 with the sofa bed out.

When we cruised on the Independence of the Seas our 14 and 12 year olds shared the sofa bed in our D1 cabin and they said it was very comfortable. I hope it works for your little ones as well!
