Adayatatime Posted August 5, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 5, 2014 Does anyone know, am I right in thinking there is one pull down ceiling bed (think its called Pullman) plus a sofa bed in these rooms?
Clarea Posted August 5, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 5, 2014 Does anyone know, am I right in thinking there is one pull down ceiling bed (think its called Pullman) plus a sofa bed in these rooms? Deck plan indicates one sofa bed, no pullmans.
Adayatatime Posted August 5, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted August 5, 2014 Deck plan indicates one sofa bed, no pullmans. It says it sleeps 4, so would the sofa be a double bed? X
Clarea Posted August 5, 2014 #4 Share Posted August 5, 2014 It says it sleeps 4, so would the sofa be a double bed? X That would be my guess. The sofa bed would be OK for two small children, but I don't think older children or adults would be comfortable.

Grandma Dazzles Posted August 5, 2014 #6 Share Posted August 5, 2014 (edited) Have sailed in 1700 on the Independence. No pullman. Room is very large - more like a junior suite (or bigger). It has the "famous pole" which is not a problem. It has a sofa - not sure of the size when pulled out, as we did not need. There would be room for a roll away bed, if needed. Balcony is also huge - we had two chaise loungers, three chairs and a small table. If you do a search it is one of those cabins that people take lots of pictures of, both here and on Google in general. Google cabin 1400 Freedom of the Seas for some great pictures (identical cabin). Great cabin - would always book - rarely available! Edited August 5, 2014 by PMcC1998

Esmerelda Posted August 5, 2014 #9 Share Posted August 5, 2014 Thanks JohnDoe813, I was going to post that video. I made that one and that was our cabin (1400) on the Freedom a few years back. Great cabin, but only had a sofa bed, no pullman. (that's my now 19 year old on the sofa in the video looking at me strangely...LOL) :D
