Majesty of the Seas - A few questions

Recommended Posts

As mentioned above, there's one formal night. Most women will be in a cocktail dress and heels on the Majesty, and some people will be in more casual wear than you'd see on other ships.

Congratulations on your honeymoon!

They tend to have a latin/caribbean themed dance party on deck one night. Lately the suggestion has been to wear white to that, but it's not well advertised so don't get too concerned. On the 3 day cruise, it's offered on night 2 after formal dinner. On the 4 day it might be a different night.

And usually the first night is the 70's disco theme party, but that is mostly so the guest services staff can dress up like the guys from the Village People - again, you won't really find guests dressed up for it.

We are sailing on Majesty of Seas for our honeymoon Sept. 8th-12th, and I'm wondering if there are any theme nights? What is the attire for dinner in the dining room? And Ladies - what are your thoughts on wearing high heels on the ship?

First night will be the 70's party. Some dress up, but mostly the staff

Either 2nd or 3rd night will be the "white" pool party. It has been called the "white" party the last few times we have been on Majesty whereas it used to be the Caribbean Night. It is a big dance party that starts around 11:30-11:45 pm and goes on into the night.
