What happened to being able to order a single bottle of champagne for sail away? With the new booking dashboard, all you can order is packages. Nothing shows up in gifts and gear either. What gives?

I still see Champagne selections in Gifts & Gear, Onboard, Wine Cellar.

Ha. I see it now. This iPad didn't scroll when I was in gift and gear. Using it out of necessity and not by choice! Thanks for the help!

On my last cruise I never bothered to order online, I just went to the Champagne Bar and bought a bottle. More choice as well .......

There is a spot to buy champagne I know how I do it but I have a site different to yours

 

It should be under gifts and gear from memory in my cruises

On my last cruise I never bothered to order online, I just went to the Champagne Bar and bought a bottle. More choice as well .......

 

 

Do you know if it can be delivered or purchased for sail away when sailing from Galveston? Texas has some restrictive liquor laws...

If you want it for sail away, then I would just wait until you are onboard, and go to a bar and buy it. That way will know for sure, and won't have purchased something on the web that can't be delivered until you are out of Texas.

There is no single exhaustive list. Royal has different lists for the dining room, various bars, and restaurants.

One more thing about ordering the bottle at the bar, at least the Champagne bar, is that if you don´t drink it all, they will save it for you. My wife and I have done this before.

If you want a bottle for sail away, why not just bring one on board with you? Better selections, better price on land. Much preferable. Of course I guess there are some circumstances where getting it, or bringing it might be impractical.

Last week, our bottle of TA provided champagne was delivered on day 2. Luckily we had carried on another bottle of wine.

 

Room steward thought all wine delivered on day 2 out of Galveston.
