My MSC

Anyone else having a problem trying to access your account? For the last couple of days...when I try ...I get a page that says that that page is unavailable and there is a cute little guy with a work helmet on and something about under construction. I think this is just making their poor website even worse. PS..Not that this account had any valuable info...I couldn't even enter my reservation into it.

If you live in the USA you have to call to see your points, it will never be fixed.

i got the same error message, which made me laugh! How can the be a "broken link" to the part of the site that allows you to log in?

Not true at all I logged on yesterday and got my points. USA!!!

I have been trying to log in for a few days and also get the under construction guy.

Will call them tomorrow or rather ask them to call me.

I was just able to login an do a web checkin (at least I think I did), for what it's worth... Website is horrible.

I am trying to get into My MSC the MSC club. I can access my booking on the "already booked" site but not my points.

 

Perhaps they are trying to fix it but not holding my breath.
