bitzy Posted September 4, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 4, 2014 And once I pick a cabin, the screen keeps going back to the begining. So frustrating, this has been going on for a few weeks now. I guess I'll have to call them. Has anyone else encountered this?
Mutumbojimbo Posted September 5, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 5, 2014 Which web browser are you using. On my work computer, which has Internet Explorer 11, I find the Carnival Website works better in Compatibility Mode. Aviendah Posted September 5, 2014 #3 Share Posted September 5, 2014 I was able to choose a room using Chrome. You might try clearing all of your history/cache also.

There may be some type of block installed by your administrator that's causing the problem.
snc_cam Posted September 5, 2014 #11 Share Posted September 5, 2014 I use FireFox and when it gets hung up like that, I clear the cache (and cookies), shutdown the browser, and restart it. That has resolved the problem.
snc_cam Posted September 5, 2014 #12 Share Posted September 5, 2014 BTW, clearing the cache/cookies in Chrome is pretty painless. Click on the three horizontal lines on the upper right edge of the browser and select SETTINGS near the bottom of the list. Scroll to the bottom of the displayed page and select "Show Advanced Settings". The first thing to appear is "PRIVACY" and right under that is the button "Clear Browsing Data". I have everything checked, select "the beginning of time" in the pulldown at the top, and then press "Clear Browsing Data". When it comes back, it is done. Close the browser and restart it. beamqueen Posted September 5, 2014 #14 Share Posted September 5, 2014 (edited) I wish it would work for me. I've tried all different browsers, computers, cleared everything and even tried to troubleshoot with carnival. I still am Not able to book am excursion or save my booking to my profile. I have tried on 5 different computers and our TA couldn't book am excursion on her end for us either. I've given up with the website at this point! Sorry for any typos! Using my iphone to post which I rarely do! Sent using the Cruise Critic forums app Edited September 5, 2014 by beamqueen
