msumom2001 Posted September 15, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 15, 2014 Booked on a b2b in January for 2 weeks, 2 different itineraries. Are shows the same for the two weeks? What about main dining room menus?
Arlened236 Posted September 15, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 15, 2014 The menu's will be different ( except for the always available). But the shows will probably be the same. What ship and where is it going We just booked a b2b as a 14 day cruise, and that is what I expect. Arlene
Colo Cruiser Posted September 15, 2014 #3 Share Posted September 15, 2014 Yes production show are the same, acts may change but are usually the same unless you sail and they change between your cruises.
Astro Flyer Posted September 15, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 15, 2014 (edited) I don't recall much variety in menus on our b2b cruises but didn't keep copies to "refresh" my memory. ;) Edited September 15, 2014 by Astro Flyer
paul929207 Posted September 15, 2014 #5 Share Posted September 15, 2014 The entertainment will be the same unless you get lucky and some of the entertainers happen to change during the cruise. Menus will repeat on the second leg.
riclop Posted September 15, 2014 #6 Share Posted September 15, 2014 The main showroom shows will be the same.
OCruisers Posted September 15, 2014 #7 Share Posted September 15, 2014 Production Shows will be the same ... but there are a variety on entertainers who are only on for one sailing. LuLu
tserface Posted September 15, 2014 #8 Share Posted September 15, 2014 While it's true that the shows may be the same for both weeks this is actually a plus. We find that knowing that we can schedule what we want to do for both weeks knowing that if we miss a show we think we might like we can probably pick it up the next week. You can often do the same thing with menus, specialty restaurants, games, etc. B2B cruising when a ship has alternating itineraries is a great way to do a longer cruise. It's also really fun when you see all the luggage in the hallways, but you don't have to put your's out. Tom

What about main dining room menus? The shows will be the same. Most of the menus are usually repetitive. There will probably be some different cruise staff activities and games at night. Kerry&LuAnn Posted September 19, 2014 #10 Share Posted September 19, 2014 We did a back-to-back Alaska Cruise. The dining room menus were the same, but that made it fun. During the first week, if we had trouble deciding which item to choose for dinner we just said, "No problem. We'll get the other one next week!" What about main dining room menus? Most of the time they could be the same. You could mix it up by ordering one on every day menu.
