Number of Formal Nights on Sea of Cortez???

DH and I will be doing the 12 day Sea of Cortez this December on the Statendam (and yes I have looked everywhere, but to no avail) to find out how many formal nights we'll be having. Can anyone shed some light on this? We have 4 at sea days and the rest are in port.

You will be told when you can print your documents 50 days ahead of sailing. I would expect 3.

According to HAL website this NEW formal night schedule shows:

 

Less than 7 days = 1 formal evening

7 - 13 days = 2 formal evenings

14 - 20 days = 3 formal evenings

21 - 28 days = 4 formal evenings

 

The number of Formal evenings on voyages longer than 28 days will vary based on the activities and cruise schedule.

It may very well be 2 - we just got our docs for our 42-day cruise, and we only have 6 formal nights - so it works out to 1 a week. All the rules are changing at the end of October!:)

According to the new information on HAL's website it should be 2.

Going by the new code on HAL's site and what Linda&Vern printed in a post -- you should have only 2 formal nights.
