Not sure if you are asking for the first day, or other days in general.

 

One of the dining rooms will be open for lunch along with buffet and Blue Lagoon - soon to Osheahans. Somebody here will have a menu I am sure.

Normally the larger aft MDR will be open on embarkation day and sea days. NCL changed its policy a year or two ago, so in most cases an MDR is not open for lunch on port days.

 

The buffet will be open for lunch every day.

 

Sometimes the Blue Lagoon is open for lunch on embarkation day, sometimes not. It will be open on all other days.
