Yeah...I agree. I prefer to be the small fish in the big pond myself.

 

Hopefully, if my Dec cruise goes well, we'll do the Panama Canal next fall. The prices look higher for that one so maybe "bargain days" are gone.

 

Tabby, wait until you get a look at the port charges for a Panama Canal cruise. The word "bargain" disappears even if the cruise was free! Still, we are doing our 2nd full transit in December, but not on MSC. One suggestion to keep the total cost down for canal crossings: look for repositioning cruises.

No, American born, but my heritage is my grand parents coming to America from Russia in the early 1900's before Communism! I have been to Russia many times in the last 10 years, as my wife's parents, and relatives still live there!:) WE have taken a river cruise on the River Karma, beautiful!:D

 

Hi Bear, We were on the Divina with you, your wife, Mugsy B, JW and Jerome, and crew.

We had a nice visit with you, in Old San Juan Craft Market Square.

We are booked for Oasis on Dec 6th. Looking forward to it Actually just booked it last week. Good price, so I talked the Hubs into it (:
