In NYC the lower rated CAS players, & I am assuming breakaway passengers will be in same area (I've been in suites only on the BA so I got haven area) sit in the back right side with handicapped and wedding people. It's by the food stand. If anyone asks, just flash the CAS checkin number (it says casinos at sea on it) paper they give you at check in and they will leave you alone

Yes exactly. I have had the opposite always cruised in suites except on the BA..... I must changed that LOL

We are Golden and in November on the Gem we checked in at the CAS desk and then went to the VIP room(suites, Golden/VIP CAS, etc) and had the VIP perk on the ship. I hope that this stays the same next month when we go again on the Gem. The VIP perk was supposed to dissapear in September I think but the perk was still there. I was told by the host in the casino that anyone who had booked a cruise before the perk was taken away that they would honor it for that booked cruise. I don't have alot of faith in things that the CAS people say, because the same question can often be answered 3 diiferent ways by 3 seperate people. I am hopeful though for my next cruise though.

So, in reading this, does that confirm they have taken away the VIP perk for CAS?

I was on the Gem last month, Haven check in & Cagneys/Cigarettes/Spa etc was in effect. The changes have not taken place yet. April 1st for sure. Still wondering what the new perks will be
