I just got in so try again. Also, sometimes you can still get to your reservation, when you can't login, using this link:

I just got into my account, but when I try to look at a reservation it says

 

Agency data is not found for this country

 

and I have no idea what that means. :confused:

It is the strangest thing.

 

I'm still logged in and the weird message does go away, but then if I try to View Reservation, it doesn't let me view the reservation and then the red message comes back again.

 

If it was orange, I would be thinking it had something to do with Halloween. ;)

That worked!

It must have scared the strange red message away as I am now back on the regular Celebrity website again, logged into my account, viewing my reservation and all is fine.

 

Well, now I know whom to ask for help if I have any more Celebrity website problems. :D

I am now getting that message when trying to check on all my reservations. Never had any trouble before.

 

Has anyone figured out what it means and why it's there? I checked my first reservation (for final paid confirmation. I'd just made final payment a couple of days ago). Everything was fine until I tried to check another reservation. Then I got the message Agency data is not found for this county. r When I went back to check the first reservation again, I got the message. Same with all and I am not allowed to see any of them. :(
