And then a pilot boat came along and wanted to go though, and the pontoon bridge was opened for it. What surprised me is that they didn't make people get OFF the bridge. They stayed on while it moved open and then closed!

By the way, on the Noon Report today, Captain Rick announced that Port Canaveral is waiting to remove lifeboat #22 and replace it, but lifeboat #20 will be more difficult to take down, so will not be dealt with tomorrow, but later.

She is safe to cruise with "one lifeboat down".

After Curaçao, we visited Bonaire.

Bonaire was GORGEOUS and this was a FANTASTIC day. I really can't wait to come back here next month!

I did a general tour of the island in the morning with AchieTours, and then went snorkeling with Woodwind in the afternoon. I can highly recommend both, but especially Woodwind. THAT is an outfit that knows exactly what it is doing and how to make sure that everyone is safe and having a good time!

We were in a van for the morning tour, and after I got stuck in the back in St. Lucia, I "called shotgun" in Bonaire. ;)

The red one is called the "tourist tree" by the locals because its bark is red and peeling! ha ha ha :D
