Is the "living room" for the kids club thingy on Quantum?

Yes. For teens I believe.

Yes, The Living Room is the Teens´ Club plus the Fuel Disco. It´s called The Living Room on other ships too (like Oasis class).

 

There´s a separate Adventure Ocean area for kids up to 12 years old on decks 11 and 12 plus a Play Zone equipped with toys for toddler where parents can play with their kids. Adventure Ocean has three different group rooms (Aquanauts, Explorers, Voyagers) plus a Nursery and the Play Zone. But it´s all inside with no windows.

 

The Living Room is a much nicer area for the teens.
