Sail pass in Casino

Hi All, I'm cruising on Radiance Of The Seas from Sydney Australia and was wondering if you can use your sail pass card in the slot machines instead of using cash and charging it to your account. We currently did this on P&O Australia. Thanks

No, Royal requires cash (USD) in the casino. There are slots for your SeaPass card in some of the machines, but that is for accumulating casino points.

Bob is correct as always :) but also if you forget/don't bring enough US$ on board you can get it from the ATM on the ship

On the Vision we had the option to cash out and get a traditional "ticket" or put in on the sea pass. The only reason I know this is true is because we had no idea where our ticket was, and the tech showed us that there was a casino balance out our seapass. Somewhere a button was hit and that option was selected.

 

You could put those credits back into the machine in $5 increments. Don't know if you can pull directly from your account. If you don't use the casino credit from your seapass, it hits as a casino credit on your final statement.

I have no idea how it happened....but it did. We thought the machine was out of ticket paper and called a slot tech over. In informed us it was put back on the card.

Yes, 5% seems to be the current amount.

It's been awhile since I have done this....but it can also be done at the tables.....NOT sure I was charged a fee or not...?? But again....it's been awhile, things probably changed....

If you have a casino coupon, they put that on your sea pass and any balance or winnings from that 'investment' go back on the sea pass.
