a great time can be had in the West End, Taxi or bus ride. Get off at 1/2 moon bay. Work your way around till your in front of Sun Set Bar and Grill, there are tables chairs free and the beach and snorkeling is awesome, you can get food and drink from the bar and a beach message 15 us good luck

Read some reviews about LFK being crowded or full at times? Any feedback?

 

 

That depends when you read about this. There were some "issues" when Carnival approached LFK about having a day pass there. Things got hectic, LFK stopped the day pass to the cruise ship, Carnival decided to take over a small island right across from LFK...level out the place, make a beach with crowded chairs next to each other...well you get the picture. BUT most of all, they decided to call their excursion "French Key" to confuse others and make them think they were going to LFK...that's when a lot of the complaints came rolling in about crowding and so on. I think Carnival has now changed their excursion name to something like Big French Key or whatever.

For quiet beach day try Turquoise Bay or Club Natale. Both offer diving I believe but we have only done beach days.
