Saw a sign last night in front of a brew pub in Austin, TX, saying "Welcome Holland America Line". Anyone know what was going on? I doubt they are starting to sail on Lady Bird Lake....

I think the announcement will be bigger than that.

 

It's been my experience that when cruise lines announce a new homeport, they send out press releases.

 

I guess we'll see.

Unlikely..I would think any such announcement would occur at the port, with much fanfare..not in Central Texas. But I would love HAL to sail out of Galveston or Houston!
