Viewing Sunshine Skyway Bridge and dinner reservations

DW & I are on Brilliance out of Tampa next week. We have MTD. Assuming BR leaves the terminal on time, what time will we be past the bridge so we can reserve our dining time?

Our experience was somewhere around 1:45 or 2 hours after leaving the pier.

Around 2 hours. We pulled away at 4pm and this picture was taken on the Brilliance at 6:16pm on 3/1/14.

That seems about right. We were are early seating dining as we passed the bridge. So somewhere between 6:00 and 6:30.

We always book for 7:45 on the first night. That way even if the ship leaves a bit late (on one spring break cruise, we didn't pull away from the pier until 5:15 because they were busy arresting several college age pax who forgot to leave their drugs home). We still were able to be on the helipad when the ship went under the bridge before we had to go in for dinner.
