Majesty of the Seas - Deck 9

Hello Explorers -

 

Friends have talked me into doing a 4 day Majesty cruise in August 2015. Not familiar at all with Majesty's cabin placement. Deck 9 seems to match what we are looking for (nice size room - half the price of a JS). Most oceanviews are "obstructive".

 

Do any of you experienced Majesty cruisers know which cabin has the cleanest views??

I prefer the rooms around the main elevator bank - i.e. 9532, 9032. They're convenient and pretty much unobstructed.

Had 9562. Between lifeboats. Minimal obstruction.

Below is a diagram of the least obstructed staterooms on deck 8. The pink dots depict the least obstructed staterooms. You should be able to use it to determine which deck 9 staterooms are also the least obstructed.

I booked cabin 9532 a few years ago and will be in 9532 again next month. Not too obstructed and great location

Thanks Everyone for your insights.....

 

After watching many youtube vids of the Majesty....I decided on cabin 9000 at the front of the boat. Nothing much out the window but a fantastic view.

 

 

I always get aft balconies...this should be much different. Hope the JS's come down in price before we cruise in August!
