iuki Posted November 21, 2014 #1 Share Posted November 21, 2014 We have sailed with RCCL several times, and we have always received confirmation of our booking with complete details, room number, amount paid, balance due, due date for final payment, etc. There are several of us going on a cruise in April. Only three of us have cruised before. The new confirmations only show us the amount we paid at the time of booking and nothing else. When we check our reservation online, it only shows the names and the itinerary. When we called the RCCL contact number, different people were given different final payment dates. I did, however, compute the 75-day prior to cruising date. Have any of you noticed this? Ours was booked in October. Yesterday I sent an e-mail in reply to their confirmation dated October 21, but have not even received a customary confirmation that they received an e-mail from me and that they will be getting back to me.
