Just booked cruise with 123 all inclusive, receive the invoice, it shows the $300 credit but nothing for bev package or gratuities, nvoice, I called and they said it would be a week before it showed on invoice. Any one else had this problem?

Hi BREEZEONE,

My Invoice immediately after i booked showed the OBC seperately (towards the bottom) and the 123Go Perk I chose (also Bevvy) as a code in the upper section... It was listed as an in & out with a Financial Amount.

You are not alone tho... Others have encountered the same.

You might want to also check your My Celebrity online account (Manage Reservation) my OBC & Bevvy also shows up there

Although again some say it takes awhile to show up

Personally, I never do a booking without making sure I get a copy of all agreed to... Be it in the actual Invoice or a seperate email. Phone Reps in particular are really good with this... I get my written Confirmation immediately, while I am still on the phone

If you booked thru a TA they should be able to provide the same level of service

Cheers!

Same thing happened to me, Celebrity said it would take a month for the free drinks package to show up on our account. I checked our last booking and sure enough, a revised invoice showing the drinks package arrived by email a month after our initial confirmation invoice. You won't have so long to wait if it's only going to take a week to receive your confirmation.

I have the same problem. I emailed Captains club and they confirmed that I have the bev package. I will take this email when I board in Jan.

Still nothing shows on my booking or invoice

Cruise love even though I have fully paid

  • 2 weeks later...

for those who have followed along, the additional bev package and gratutity show up on my account when I log in, however I never received a new invoice by email. I'm not worried, I will make a payment by gift cert shortly as that is what my company gives as a safety award and I will get a new invoice showing payments Thank you everyone

This is true.

Not to worry.

They told us the very same thing.

I have not had them NOT do something like that,

that they said they would do..

You know, that 123 GO is a GREAT deal...

plus, we booked aboard, and got another $300.00 ;)

They do not show up on mine. I booked 11/11/2014.

Hi, I'm having the exact same experience right now, it only applies to the cruises that qualify for the All Inclusive packages, so those on the regular 123 won't have this problem :) they will show their OBC & the code for which perk they picked.

The problem is that the all inclusive has not been assigned a code yet, there are codes for all the 123 pick your perk, but not all inclusive.

According to Captain's Club, they should have the codes available some time shortly before January.... but don't hold your breath. :D

We had the same issue. Booked 28th of November and it never showed up, so I called. Was told it could take a few weeks to show up. I hung up and tried to look again at my my reservation but the page kept saying my account was being updated and to check back in 20 minutes. So I did and to my surprise it was updated and now showed everything correctly😃. Which tells me the person I talked to manually updated my account once I hung up.

We booked our cruise in Early October where we had Obc as part of the deal. When they brought out the 123go promo Later I rang and had it added to the cruise by paying a small additional cost, this gave us all 3 benefits. The free drinks package was added straight away but the grats have taken up until today to be included. Had the new invoice and we're paying £2 less too, must be exchange rate better now. This has taken nearly 4 weeks not 7 days I was told, so who knows, obviously the run to add grats has now been done.

Just booked yesterday for the 123 Go all-inclusive. My invoice shows the correct amount of OBC as well as a line item with the code "123A-ALL 123GO". Perhaps this is the newly-assigned code?

Or should I continue to look for beverage package and prepaid gratuities specifically?

And even though I made final payment yesterday morning, the reservation was still showing up as 24-hour hold on My Celebrity online last evening.

That is indeed the Coding you need on your Invoice (for Confirmation / peace of mind)

You should be fine now...

It looks like Celebrity is finally making some progress on their Internet / Website issues this week

Several people have reported that they've had more luck getting things done / showing up on their My Celebrity Accounts in the last few days.

Cheers!

If you booked a 7 day CC do you actually get the 300 OBC, if theres two of you do you get a Classic beverage package for both?

Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Yes I booked a CC for a 7 day Bermuda Cruise. $300 OBC is the total for both passengers $150 each. Both passengers get the free classic drink package and paid gratuities. I booked on Nov 26th and the adjustment for the drink package and gratuities didn't appear until around December 8th.

I am from Australia and booking via Celebrity's Australian Agents , only to find I was speaking to an agent in Central America.

I was looking at 2 Concierge ( C3 ) on the Silhouette Baltic cruise July 27 2014. The Invoice online from Celebrity included the gratuities .

Does anyone know if these are actually removed prior to final payment?

Yes you should do. I booked South America "Round the Horn" for Mar 2017 on Dec 12 and the UK rep (lucky us Celebrity UK booking is in UK with UK staff) warned me that the first invoice e-mailed same day would show a charge for grats (something I already knew from CC), It also showed the OBC but not the beverage deal. Second invoice arrived Dec 15 showed charges for grats and bevs and 123 promo crediting back grats and bevs.

I am very pleased with the deal, we are paying £4550 + $300 OBC which covers all but about £30 of upgrade to premium bevs, and is cheaper than 2A or 2B, also £500 less than we paid for Antarctica in 2013:). I paid for C3 and used Captain's Club upgrade to C2 and snagged 8046 with a bigger balcony:D

The other 2 cruises I have booked, Panama Canal Nov 2015 and Singapore to Sydney Mar 2016, I booked through an online US TA and am only paying about £3800 each time both 2B with bev package, but this time the all in and Captain's upgrade made booking direct a no brainer.

Log into "my celebrity" on website. If not registered, do so. Use the booking number off your invoice and register that particular booking on "my celebrity".

You will then be able to see up to date amounts. From what I have read the grats will come off after a few days. Keep an eye on it and start calling if it doesnt come off. Ps. You can get free upgrade to C2 if Captains Club member.

I wonder if gratuities are being charged because you have chosen Select dining? From what I have read on CC, it appears that Celebrity don't handle this issue very well. Even though free grats are often available via 123 deals, choosing Select dining means you have to pay gratuities in advance. I think Celebrity give you an OBC for this amount instead. So you don't lose anything but it can be problematic if you end up with more OBC than you can spend (I know, it's a nice problem to have!). If you have OBC from the 123 plus OBC to cover the gratuity amount and also receive OBC from your TA it can add up to a sizeable amount. Yes you can probably cash out the TA OBC in the casino but there's a fee for that. I think it's a shame Celebrity wont let you offset free grats against Select dining.

That is exactly why. I chose select and the gratuity was added because the system is set up to automatically add it in for select dining. It was eventually removed. The drink package was also charged to my booking and then there was a deduction right underneath the charge.

That's good to know. I read on another thread that Celebrity were insisting on gratuities for Select being charged even when guests were in receipt of free grats. Looks like they figured out how ridiculous that was!
