amajaa Posted December 3, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 3, 2014 I've just found out that you can't get the OBC if you have booked a saver fare, has anyone else experienced this? Fair enough I'm not complaining as obviously you are paying less but it doesn't mention this on the website.

Rare BlueRiband Posted December 3, 2014 #3 Share Posted December 3, 2014 The terms are on the ask.cunard.com/military web site. There's the little asterisk that Late Saver and other promotional fares are excluded. It only applies to Cunard Fare and Early Saver fares. I don't think they are going to pay you or give you an incentive to buy their cheaper product. ;)

Bell Boy Posted December 4, 2014 #7 Share Posted December 4, 2014 Cunard has a cheaper product? I was thinking more on the lines of: Stateroom allocation Dining arrangements Shuttle Bus Car parking (Southampton) etc etc :)
Underwatr Posted December 4, 2014 #8 Share Posted December 4, 2014 Saver fares are a UK booking option. They don't have the equivalent option to book in the US (not that I'd want to).

Not sure if this has always been the case, but this is the first time we have been turned down. Guess that there isn't any point arguing, but we did ask them to check again.
