lacell Posted December 5, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 5, 2014 My extended family is traveling to our cruise port in a van, and I thought it would be fun to make a "soundtrack" of music to put us in a fun mood. I realize it's silly, but does anyone have any ideas? So far I've got "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" and "Come Sail Away".:p
CanadianDee Posted December 5, 2014 #2 Share Posted December 5, 2014 I'm the Queen of Corn and I think this is a fabulous idea. Googled it and found a great playlist here: http://www.***********/info/cruise-music-playlist.php Leaving now to start downloading the tunes. :-)

It was written when Dennis DeYoung was experiencing depression. It is about hope and dreams.
Cruisin' Chick Posted December 5, 2014 #8 Share Posted December 5, 2014 Ok. Next week, when it's -30, I'm gonna fire up the playlist in anticipation of our January cruise:Kokomo-The Beach Boys Hot Hot Hot - Buster Poindexter Escape (The Pina Colado song) - Rupert Holmes Don't Worry, Be Happy - Bobby McFerrin Just make sure of any "disfavorites" that your family members may have. Two of these songs I absolutely hate (fingernails on a chalk board hate). Hopefully the CD you make will let you advance to the next track in that case.
