Wait list

I received an email offering us a mini suite on our forthcoming Panama cruise. We have been on the wait list.

Nowhere on the email did it say you only had 72 hrs to accept. In fact the email was just a new booking confirmation with new cabin and price. It didn't even intermate you HAD to confirm. Imagine my disappointment when I rang to confirm and they said 'too late'!!!! Shocking

We have utilized the wait list on a few cruises and it works well.

3 days is generous.

 

Get back on the list, they usually all clear eventually.

Did you know about it first after four days or did you wait four days to contact them. I find with those notifications you have to ring them straight away otherwise they moving onto the next person.
