Hair Dryers on Magic

I read a very old post that listed the ships having hair dryers in the rooms. Carnival magic wasn't listed. Does anyone have any more recent information about these being inthe rooms?

I know they are in the balcony rooms. Please keep in mind they are low wattage. I have short hair so it isn't a problem for me. Plan your hair drying time accordingly. My long haired daughters tell me it takes forever to get their hair dry.

There was one on my Magic cruise. They put them in the drawer of the Vanity.

Yes they had a hair dryer in our balcony room but they it is not like a blow dryer that you have .The air flow is very weak and it is connected to the drawer .Take your own.

The hair dryer in our cabin was not weak and slow -- it blasted a very powerful stream of air on both the Min and Max settings. The dryer in our sons' cabin across the hall was identical but blew a much weaker stream of air.

The Magic has them in every cabin. They are in 1 of the drawers. I would bring your own though as they are very weak.

Every ship I've been on had hair dryers in every class of cabin. They are weaker than the one I use at home, but they work well enough for me. I have long, fine hair. My daughters always took their own hair dryer, but one of them has pretty thick hair.

On our balcony room on the Magic the hairdryer was wired into the back of the drawer and the cord so short I had to dry my hair sitting down (I'm 5'5"). Also only warm air and no high setting, I gave up after the 2nd night. Will bring my own next time.
