Port Canaveral to MCO

What is the earliest 'safe' departure time from MCO if we are cruising from Port Canaveral? We are going out on the Freedom and return to Port Sunday AM. Can we make a 11:30am flight out of MCO or is that asking for trouble?

I would definately pre-arrange a pickup (taxi would cost way too much)!!!

 

I would recommend Cocoa Beach Shuttle, Executive VIP Limo or Travelynx.

 

Also make sure you get off the as early as you can since you are an hour away from MCO....

For an 11:30 flight you need to be at MCO by 10:00 (and earlier is better if you have seen the TSA lines at MCO), which translates into off the ship, clear of customs/immigration and loading bags into a car/limo/shuttle by 9:00.

 

You should be okay if you carry your bags off the ship, but a flight after noon would be safer.

I agree, an 11:30am flight should not be much of a problem after departing Freedom.
