Inaccurate signature shop ship models?

Just looking at my signature shop ship models in anticipation of purchasing the Ryndam and Zuiderdam models for my upcoming cruises when I noticed that my Eurodam model. although labeled as the Eurodam. was really an Oosterdam class model. Anyone encountered this problem? Who might I contact to resolve it? Or perhaps there is a rare market for mislabeled models and I should look forward to lots of money to sell this "oddity".

You may want to try an email for past guest concerns. I bought a necklace that broke before I ever got off the ship. By the time it broke the shops were closed so I couldn't take it back. They told me who to contact and they fixed or replaced it.
