confirmation of canceled cruise question

Does RCI send you a confirmation when you cancel a cruise online or do I need to call?

 

When I canceled on Monday I got a confirmation # but no email.

 

Checked my spam folder too.

 

I did get an email this morning that my hold has expired even though I didn't have one. I figured that was just another example of RCI's brilliant IT dept.

 

One other question. About how long until I see my returned funds?

I cancelled on 1st November. Still waiting for the refund.

So has anybody booked directly with RCI and then canceled online received a confirmation in the form of an email?

 

My cruise has disappeared from RCI's website but I never received a confirmation when I canceled.

 

Come to think of it I never received a confirmation when I booked online either.

 

Maybe that's part of their save the waves program. :confused:
