Cattitude Posted January 6, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 6, 2015 My DH wants to know if the Reflection has a rock climbing wall? I looked on the upper deck and did not see one. Can anyone please answer my question. Thank you, Cattitude
CathyCruises Posted January 6, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 6, 2015 Nope, nothing like that, no flow rider or skating rink either
vulcan1971 Posted January 6, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 6, 2015 I had to check to see if it was April 1st. That made me laugh. Sent from my iPhone 6 Plus on the T-Mobile 4G LTE Network using Tapatalk Pro
Queen of Oakville Posted January 6, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 6, 2015 If you want those things (rock climbing/skating rink/flow rider) - then you should be looking at Royal Caribbean. Also, no mini golf on X; but there is lawn bowling (I think)
huskerc Posted January 6, 2015 #5 Share Posted January 6, 2015 There is, but a rather large woman typically reserves it for her own use.

Sent from my iPhone 6 Plus on the T-Mobile 4G LTE Network using Tapatalk Pro Why? It's a reasonable question since several RCI ships have one and RCI owns Celebrity. Celebrity does not have rock climbing walls, skating rinks, wave pools, zip lines but there is still lots to do on there.

fortinweb Posted January 6, 2015 #8 Share Posted January 6, 2015 Why? It's a reasonable question since several RCI ships have one and RCI owns Celebrity. No, it really isn't a reasonable question. The reason corporations own different cruise lines is to offer variety. Each line focuses on specific features and ambiance to attract different types of customers. If Celerity had the same features as RCI, why bother having two different brands? RCI is the family orieneted line, with more activities geared towards families with kids. Celebrity is oriented towards couples who want a more elegant and peaceful experience than a floating amusement park can offer. :D

Rare cruisestitch Posted January 6, 2015 #10 Share Posted January 6, 2015 "Why? It's a reasonable question since several RCI ships have one and RCI owns Celebrity." No, RCI does not own Celebrity. Nor does Celebrity own RCI. RCI and Celebrity are both owned by the same parent company, RCCL.
Rare hcat Posted January 6, 2015 #11 Share Posted January 6, 2015 Suggest OP and her dh do a bit of research about Celebrity, S Class ships and the Reflection, Way different amenities and experiences on Royal C and Celeb ....each have sep identities.. Legitimate inquiry but shows a need to get some brochures and look at reviews, etc.
Duanerice1 Posted January 7, 2015 #12 Share Posted January 7, 2015 If it didn't attract kids, I'd like mini golf as I am sure a lot of people would. Heck, I love the water slides too. Been on rock climbing but it has limited appeal. But unfortunately when you have those the kid population goes up :)
