Very excited for our upcoming cruise on the Getaway. We are in a forward cabin and wondering where we will board the ship and if anyone would share directions to getting to guest services .

Fwd/mid/aft doesn't matter with where you board the ship, terminals are divided by decks (odd decks in one, even decks in another) and even then everybody may or may not enter the ship from the same gangway.

Guest Services is mid ship Deck 6. From either Terminal B or C, you should enter the ship on Deck 7. From B, they are down the stairs and straight ahead. From C, they are down the stairs up a long corridor past several restaurants and to your left when you enter the lobby.

Which terminal is assigned to even decks?

In all honesty, trying to figure this out in advance is often difficult and a frustrating exercise.

They have a map of the ship near all stairs and elevators. And, as you board there are MANY staff standing there offering directions from wherever you might be standing (vs where you thought you might be).

And, besides trying to figure out directions from somebody you might want to log into NCL.COM where they have full deck plans available to view or even print out if you want.
