Store in San Juan cruise terminal

leaving from San Juan Saturday, want to know what the store in the cruise terminal after you check in sells in terms of food and drink. The second question is what can you take on board?

I believe it depends upon which pier you sail out of. The only pier I know which has stores is the Carnival pier and they have several shops that sell quite a few things. Whatever you buy, it would need to be in an unopened package. With regards to drink, only two bottles of wine per stateroom, they seem to cut slack with carry on water but technically that is not allowed.

The store at the terminal that Royal normally uses has wine, liquor, soda, and bottled water. Don't recall if it had any food.

If you check in, and have you allotted wine with you....go to your stateroom, unpack, etc. THEN go back and visit the store on the pier, will they notice you're coming back on board with more wine?

 

Or are people purchasing the wine before they go through the initial check-in.

if you buy wine there, they'll request your sea pass card. Won't work
