Shareholder Credit Question

I have used the above credit in the past with no problem.

 

I found an Enchantment cruise online and booked it.

 

When I applied for shareholder credit, I got the response that I was not eligible due to a "special pricing" that I had received.

 

It was a normal booking and I'm not sure what "special pricing" is.

Might have been the unending "buy one, get one half off" sale that seems to be on all bookings now. The "sale" is not lowering many prices, but it is stopping some combinations of perks.

It looks like RCI has found a way to void all sorts of benefits these days. It appears that nothing is combinable with their unending "sale".
