Most food is extra unless you're on the Connoisseur's Tour. That one includes most meals. You can find menus for the different lodge restaurants by googling them. For instance, here's a link from which you can see the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus at the King Salmon Restaurant at Princess Denali Wilderness Lodge. There are some less expensive restaurants, such as the Base Camp Bar & Grill at the same lodge.

It includes information about menu pricing. The info is a couple of years old, but current pricing will certainly not be lower.
