You can bring 2 bottles of wine on at embarkation even if they are not screw tops.

The closure makes no difference. It can have a screw cap or a cork.

OP - curious - why did you think it had to be a screw cap?

They don't care what type of closure it has. If you need a corkscrew, just ask your cabin attendant.

What is the house wine now? Hope it's something better than before, I think it was Cinq Terre or something like that. Undrinkable.

It had been La Terre, and more recently it'd been St. Martin, which as far as their Chardonnay goes, was sufficiently decent.

On my last cruise, though, the Chardonnay was Tisdale, which I didn't care for.
