Any difference in size of sofa in cabins that hold two vs cabins that hold 3

Based on my research, no (but I have no official measurements or knowledge). Other cabins have the Pullman bed that comes down from the ceiling so they can accommodate 4. We are a family of 4 and this is how it was on previous 2 cruises we took.

To the best of my knowledge, the type of room dictates the size of the sofa bed, not the number of people in the room. Rooms that hold four have a Pullman (and I think some have a pull-out mattress). I don't know of any that have a larger sofa.

On M class the Concierge and Aqua rooms are 18" longer and have a full size couch instead of sort of a love seat.

True, true - I forgot about that. Also suites have the larger couch I believe. But within a category the couches are the same size regardless of how many passengers are notated on the floor plan.
